We made this Highland cow cake using Saracino modelling paste and Squires Kitchen SFP. Other than the support frame inside everything is edible.
The cake is shaped then covered with white chocolate ganache. This helps to add flavour and seal in the sponge cake inside.
We then cover with a mix of fondant and saracino modelling paste. This is painstakingly sculpted to look like long hair bit by bit and painted with food colouring.
