A simple idea turned into a magnificent cake. Truly the highlight of my wife’s birthday. Graeme’s design skills and talent are amazing. Those lucky enough to be near us during the current restrictions cannot believe the detail and the wonderful texture, flavours and icing.

Those further away have marvelled at the photographs but we are afraid are out of luck on a sample ! !

I am so pleased with the Landrover cake that Graeme made for my husband’s birthday. The attention to detail is incredible: the headlights that work!, the wheels… So much effort has obviously been placed against getting it exactly right.

And…it tasted delicious. Thank you.

Graeme is an extremely talented cake decorator. For my big birthday he made a cake of me fishing the Tyne with my dog in the boat.  The attention to detail was remarkable – Hexham skyline, valley sides, leaping fish (not easy to get right), sticks in the boat and so much more.

Thank you Graeme your cake was a big compensation after having to cancel my party and not getting together with friends.

Just had a lovely cake made for my mams 60th birthday

To say the least the cake was absolutely the best cake I’ve ever had i ordered a gin cake with flowers around and it looked like a real bottle of gin

We approached Graeme to see if he could make some cupcakes for our Niece & Nephew’s 18th Birthday. They needed a boost after working so hard on their A level studies during the uncertainty of lockdown. So we asked if Graeme could make them in the style of their pet Cockapoo dog Angus. What he produced was awesome as he delivered a box mini Anguses out of sponge, buttercream and fondant that were so well received and tasted fantastic. He even trudged through the snow to deliver them on their birthday. The guy is a genius baker!

Graeme’s talents are endless! Graeme is so friendly and professional, I gave Graeme a very loose idea and he created an absolute masterpiece! The cake not only looked like a work of art but tasted even better!

I cannot recommend Graeme’s cakes enough and will never use anyone else for those special occasion cakes.

I couldn’t believe how fantastic the Harry Potter themed cake was. The attention to detail was incredible – it looked so real! It was a real show-stopper and made my daughter’s 18th birthday celebrations. It was almost a shame to have to eat it – although we did and it was delicious!

We wanted a dragon themed cake to match the beautiful design my step daughter had created for our invitations.

The design which was sent through was brilliant but the actual cake exceeded all expectations!

Where do I start about sticky sponge? Just wow! We first met them at our wedding venue as an exhibitor and we booked them to make our wedding cake, we had some specific requests including my (now) husband’s favourite cake ‘Russian cake’ which not many have heard of. From start to finish the sticky sponge team were so professional and accommodating even sending us some samples to try in the post (we enjoyed that evening)! We loved the finished article which was half traditional half quirky and it rotated! I then asked them to make a 30th birthday cake with less than a week’s notice and they did a brilliantly job of recreating my husband’s favourite things including elvis and red wine. I was so impressed with the service, we even got a personalised delivery to our house after I requested it the day before! They have definitely become our chosen cake makers for all our big occasions!!

Got a Harry Potter cake as a surprise for my wifes 30th birthday. It was amazing!
